RPI/CPI Price Increase - Each year, your Pay Monthly airtime tariff will be adjusted according to Three's Fixed Annual Price Change (Three), the Retail Price Index (O2) or Consumer Price Index (EE, Vodafone) rate of inflation. Your bill will be adjusted in March (EE) or April (O2, Three, Vodafone) by 4.5% (Three), or the rate announced in January (EE, Vodafone) and February (O2) that year (plus 3.9% on EE, Vodafone).
Once the app has run a diagnostic on the eligible device you wish to trade in, you will receive a unique trade ID and your trade-in value. Upon checkout of your new Samsung device, enter the trade ID at checkout to redeem your trade-in value.

*You will be provided with prepaid return packaging materials to allow for the safe provision of your Existing Handset to us. You must ensure that the hand-set is provided to us within 7 days of receiving your New Handset.
**You must return your Existing Device within 7 days of receiving your New Samsung Device. A refund of the Security Charge will be processed as soon as we’ve received your Existing Device and completed our assessment. A Late Return Fee will be charged if the Existing Device has not been returned via Australia Post within 14 days of receiving your New Samsung Device. The Security Charge, Late Return Fee and any other applicable fees relating to Samsung Trade-Up will be processed by our third-party provider, Asurion.
Please ensure that you back up any photos, files and other data which you have stored on the Existing Handset, and remove the sim card and memory cards before providing the Existing Handset to us.
