Rated 1 out of 5 by from Shocking icemaker! Bought the fridge 3 years ago. This year the icemaker started playing up. Had it replaced for brand new one, cost me $600, 3 months on and the same thing happens, icemaker is icing up, leaking water. Another call out fee of $150, just to find out that it may need replacing again, but need to wait few days to start up making ice ( in meantime I have already been without a functioning fridge for couple of days as needed to be switched off for the defrosting..!!!). Not to mention that it will cost me again for the technician to come out and fit the new icemaker.....! ABSOLYTELY NOT HAPPY! DO NOT RECOMEND this fridge and certainly will not be buying another plumber one from Samsung ever again!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love the versatility This is the best fridge I have ever owned. It’s spacious in the top double French doors compartment. You can push half a shelf back if you have a tall jug that has to be upright. The best thing is the versatility of being able to use one half of the bottom section as a chilling section rather than freezer if you wish. I use it for wine, cheese, cold cuts etc as I don’t keep a lot of frozen food. Yes the ice maker did freeze up but Samsung replaced it free of charge, quickly and with no questions asked. The ice maker and water dispenser work extremely well now. Can’t complain about good service! And it looks good!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don’t waste your money The fridge is not quite 5 years old & we have already had an issue with the ice maker repaired. One of the doors is bubbling in three spots which is not only unsightly, but poses a risk to my young children should small pieces begin to flake off.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent service by Samsung. We bought this fridge over 5 years ago and love it. Love the space the French doors provide. We use the ice and water every day. About 2 months ago the icemaker kept freezing like so many others I had read about. Contacted Samsung, and the Ice make was replaced FOC!! So seamless. Contact Samsung on Thursday afternoon, wanted to come out the next day. I have never had any company replace/fix anything when it is out of warranty. Well done Samsung.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Absolute crap .. paint has peeled on freezer door Didn’t expect the paint to peel on a 3000 dollar fridge freezer .. Samsung won’t cover it as out of warranty (4 years) and good guys concierge (5 years ) won’t cover it either !! Will not buy Samsung again !!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Ticks all the boxes The fridge ticked all the boxes from the start ,great design , features and capacity, especially the option to change one section from freezer to fridge. Our refrigerator is a few years old now . We have only had one issue with it , a major fault which shut down the unit, caused by a mouse jammed in the cooling fan . Luckily nothing damaged .We use the water and ice dispenser almost daily and have not had any issues with the ice maker freezing up only a little slow to dispense the ice . Our only complaint is the draws can be somewhat difficult to remove for cleaning as the doors just don't quite open far enough .Overall 4 stars from us

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Expensive cold cupboard Very bad design interior for cleaning. Virtually impossible to remove shelving if door cannot be opened past 120*. Too many ridges etc in shelving. Icemaker is absolutely rubbish. Continually freezes after a couple of weeks. An absolute nightmare to defrost and reset. Do NOT buy this fridge. The freezer does work.

Using it for about 4.5 years now; occasionally there's water leakage from/around water filter.... sometimes, overnight there's few glass of water leakage in the kitchen, other times there's none. Can't find the issue, hence had to just turn-off Water Supply; meaning no Ice and no Cold Water anymore. Better performance is expected from a $3000+ Fridge.
