How do I clean the POWERstick PRO?

Emptying and Cleaning the dustbinClick to Expand
1 While pressing the dustbin release button, remove the dustbin by pulling it in the direction of the arrow.

2 Grip the groove on the dustbin cover, and then pull the cover off.

3 Empty the dustbin. Pull the lever on the dustbin to remove any tangled dust, and then push the lever back in all the way until you hear it click.

4 After cleaning the dustbin leave it to dry in the shade

5 Make sure the black marks printed on the dustbin cover and the dustbin are aligned, then put the cover back on

6 Re-attach the dustbin by pushing it as shown in the illustration until you hear it click

1 Open the filter holder

3 Empty into a garbage bin

4 Wash the filter and dry in the shade

5 Make sure the filter is dry. Place in the filter holder.

Cleaning the outlet filterClick to Expand

Replace the outlet filter once a year to maintain best performance.

1 Twist the cap anti-clockwise at the end of you POWERstick PRO to unlock it. Remove the outlet filter and either blow out the filter or replace it entirely.

2 Once you have cleaned the outlet filter or bought a new one, place it back in the machine, place the cap back on and twist it clockwise to lock the cap.

Cleaning the soft action brushClick to Expand
1 When facing the front of soft action brush, there is a button on the right hand side. Press and hold.

2 While pressing the button down, pull out the brush.

3 Once the brush has been removed, clean the bristles with a cloth or rag.

4 Once you have finished cleaning the brush, install it the same way you pulled it out. It will only fit in one way. Once you have put the brush back in, you will hear a click.

Note:

  • When foreign matter remains on the brush, remove it with a wet tissue or dry cloth.
  • For the Soft Action Brush, if the overheating prevention device for the brush motor operates, it may take about 10 minutes of time to cool the motor.

 

Cleaning the turbo action brushClick to Expand
1 When facing the front of turbo action brush, there is a button on the right hand side. Press and hold.
2 While pressing the button down, pull out the brush.

3 When you have taken the rotating brush out, the Turbo Action Brush's EzClean function automatically removes tangled foreign matter or hair. If the foreign matter is not removed, use scissors to remove it.
