Over time it will become easier to unlock the Galaxy S10 and S10+ by muscle memory. Until you've got it down to a fine art; the location of the sensor is in the middle of the bottom of the screen, starting around 2cm in from the edge of the screen. Hold the phone in the most natural way you can to unlock it; if you're having trouble, register your fingerprints again in a more natural position so it's easier to unlock your device quickly.
