Note: Please ensure that your Samsung Gear 360 is charged and powered on. 

How to set up your device

1 Power on your Gear 360 by holding the Power key . After you have powered on your Gear 360, press and hold the Menu key to enable the Bluetooth search function. This will enable your smartphone to detect the Gear 360 .

2 From your smartphone, go into the Settings menu → Connections .

3 Tap Bluetooth.

4 Tap on Scan which is located near the top right of the screen. Your Gear 360 will be displayed under the Available Devices tab. Tap on your Gear 360 to establish a connection.

5 Your device will start downloading the Gear 360 application . Whilst downloading the necessary applications, you will need to confirm the passkey which will be displayed on your Gear 360 and your device. Tap OK to pair your smartphone and the Gear 360.

6 The Samsung Gear 360 application requires access to your device. Tap on Allow on the following prompts to gain the most out of your Gear 360 . Once you have given permission, your smartphone will connect to your Gear 360. You will need to confirm the passkey which will be displayed on your Gear 360 and your device. Tap OK to pair your smartphone and the Gear 360.

7 Read the Terms of Service notice. Once you have read the notice, tap on the fields you agree on , and then tap Next to proceed.

8 Tap on the arrow to view the tips and tricks for the Gear 360 .
