How do I add a Microsoft Exchange Email account on my Galaxy Device?

Before setting up Microsoft Exchange Account, please ensure that you have the following information just in case your server details is not picked up automatically:  

       

  • Email address
  • Username
  • Password
  • Domain name
  • Server address
  • Port Number
  • Activate device administration

Please Note: The following options and instructions may vary based on the configuration of your Exchange server.

1 Head into your Settings and tap on Accounts and backup
Select Accounts and backup
2 Tap on Accounts
Tap on Accounts
3 Tap on Accounts > Exchange
Tap on Accounts and select Exchange
4 Enter your Email Address then tap NEXT
Enter your Email Address and tap Next
5 Enter your Password and select Sign in
Enter your Password and select Sign in
6 Agree to the prompts

7 Customise your Account options and choose your preferred Sync frequency.

Once complete, tap NEXT

1 Head into your Settings and tap on Accounts and backup

2 Tap on Accounts

3 Tap on Accounts > Exchange
Tap on Accounts and select Exchange
4 Enter your Email Address then tap MANUAL SETUP
Enter your Email Address and tap manual setup
5 Select Exchange
Tap Exchange
6 Enter your Password the tap NEXT
Enter your password the tap NEXT
7 Enter your Incoming server settings then tap NEXT
Enter your Incoming server settings
8 Tap Activate to allow your phone to remotely control and perform the following actions. Once this setting has been activated, you will finalise the setup.
