Why can't I attach more images to my messages on my Note9?

Last modified : Sep 07. 2018

Multimedia Message maximum size ranges from 300KB to 1MB depending on your service provider.

When attaching images or GIFs into a message, the files are automatically compressed to fit within the limit. If you cannot add anymore images or GIFs, the image you are selecting may be bringing the message size past the limit. We suggest you send the additional files within another message.

The popup as seen in the above image is normal and please check with your service provider their set limit for MMS.
