Signing into my Samsung Account on my Galaxy Phone

Need help signing into or signing out of your Samsung Account on your Galaxy phone or tablet and not too sure how? Follow the below guide for step-by-step instructions. If you do not have an existing Samsung Account check out our guide How do I create a Samsung account? for more information.

Please Note: This guide is designed for Australian variant Galaxy devices, if you have an international device and require further support click here to get in toucvh with your Samsung subidiary. Signing into your Samsung Account

1 Head into your Settings > Accounts and backup

Head into your Setting > Accounts and backup

2 Tap on Accounts

3 Select + Add account

4 Tap on Samsung account

5 Sign into your Samsung account or tap on Continue with Google to use your Gmail account

6 Add in the code that will be sent to your linked mobile account the tap on Done

7 Once signed in you will be able to view your Samsung Account details on your connected Galaxy Phone or Tablet

Signing out of your Samsung Account

1 Head into your Settings > Accounts and backup

2 Tap on Accounts

3 Select your Samsung account

4 Tap on Personal info

5 Tap on

6 Select Sign out

7 Read through the pop up message then select Sign out

8 Tap on Send email

9 You will then be redirected to your email application, tap on the Samsung Account email

10 Select the Blue button to proceed to sign out of your Samsung Account on that Galaxy device
