Using Game Launcher on your Samsung Device

Game Launcher is the ultimate control centre for games. You can have all your games in one place, enhance your game performance by adjusting your Game booster settings to your liking, and even connect to Discord. Follow the guide below to see how you can set up Game Launcher and learn more about its features and settings.

Setting up Game Launcher

1 Go to Settings

2 Select Advanced features

3 Toggle on Game launcher

4 Access Game launcher on your homescreen

When you access it for the first time, there will be a pop-up that asks whether you'd like to hide your game apps. Select the option you prefer - this can be changed in the settings later. If you'd like to know how to change it in the Game Launcher settings, follow the steps below:

1 In the Game launcher app, tap the three horizontal lines in the top left corner and select Gamer profile

2 Tap into Show game apps

3 Choose where to show your game apps

Blocking notifications in game

When gaming, there are times when you might want to have minimum distractions such as notifications or accidentally activating Bixby. Follow the steps below to see how you can block certain features during a game.

1 Go to Game launcher and select Game performance

2 Tap into Block during game

3 Toggle on the features you'd like to block during a game

Recording with Game Booster

With Game Booster you can record your best game-plays and share it to your social feeds. Follow the steps below to see how.

1 Launch your game and swipe down the quick panel

2 Tap on the Game Booster banner to open

3 Select Record, choose your Sound settings, and then press Start recording

Connecting Discord to your Samsung Account

If you wanted to play games with your friends and stay connected, you can now connect Discord to your Samsung Account through the Game Launcher app. Follow the steps below to see how.

1 In the Game Launcher app, go to the three horizontal lines in the top left corner and tap on the Discord icon

2 If you already have an account, press Sign in and if not, press Join Discord to create an account

3 On the next page, select Connect account to connect your Discord account
