Samsung Canada introduces new ways to connect to a wide range of innovative devices, exclusive content and services in a smartphone that knows no limits

MISSISSAUGA, ON, March 10, 2016 – Samsung Canada, one of the leading suppliers of mobile phones in the Canadian marketplace, announced today the Canadian retail availability of the next generation of its iconic Galaxy line of smartphones - the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge - beginning tomorrow, March 11th. The 5.1-inch Galaxy S7 and 5.5-inch Galaxy S7 edge have been designed to bring Canadians closer to their passions and connect them to what matters most through an expanded Galaxy of devices and content. Elegant and built for the modern consumer, the devices feature brand new innovations such as Dual Pixel faster auto focus and a larger (f1.7) aperture for stunning still and motion picture quality even in low light.  The device is also the first to support Vulkan API for PC-quality gaming, as well as reintroducing features that Samsung Galaxy users love including expandable storage and IP68 dust and water resistance.
