How the
Trade-in Program works
Trade-in your old device and save.

01While purchasing your new Galaxy device, select the Trade-in option and complete the survey.

After receiving your new Galaxy, back up and then factory reset your used device. Be sure to disable any locks or anti-theft programs.

You will receive a confirmation email regarding the Galaxy Upgrade program following your order placement. Use the attached return waybill and follow the steps to send in your used device.
