There are too much suds in my washing machine. How can I wash clothes clean?

Last Update Date : Apr 09. 2018

For best results, use High-Efficiency (HE) laundry detergent. Using conventional detergent will cause over-sudsing.

Only use the recommended amount of HE detergent as specified by the manufacturer.

If you think you may be using too much detergent, run a cycle with without any clothes and detergent.

After a cycle, if suds still remain in the machine, then this is due to build up of soap. To correct this, run another cycle with hot water. This should dissolve any unused detergent in the system. You may have to do this a couple of times depending on the severity of detergent build up.
