Clear View Cover scratches appear on the device window. What should I do?

If there is foreign material or dust on the inside of the Clear View Cover, it is possible that faint scratches caused by friction may appear on device window surface or protective film. To avoid possible scratches by foreign material or dust, please wipe the inside of the Clear View Cover and the device window surface with a clean and smooth soft cloth.

Despite everyday use in normal and clean circumstances for Clear View Cover, if the window is found to have been scratched, you may be eligible for warranty service (free repairs) to replace window. If you encounter this issue, please visit your nearest service center and check whether you are eligible for warranty in the same way as with any suspected fault with your device.
