Galaxy Gear: Bluetooth?
Bluetooth is a wireless connectivity feature that has a short range and low power consumption. Your Samsung Gear™ Fit uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to connect and share information with a mobile device. Connecting multiple devices via the Bluetooth feature is not supported.
To access the Bluetooth settings, from the Clock screen, swipe to the right to access Settings > Bluetooth To turn off Bluetooth, uncheck the box next to Bluetooth. If you turn off Bluetooth, the device will no longer be able to communicate with a mobile device.
After you place a check mark next to Bluetooth to turn it on, your Gear Fit is automatically visible to other devices until it connects to your mobile device. If you want your Gear Fit to remain visible to other devices after it connects, place a check mark next to Device name. To hide it from other devices, leave it unchecked.
