Galaxy Gear Fit: S Health™: Exercise

Track your workouts using the Exercise app on your Gear Fit. From the Clock screen, swipe left to access 1 Exercise.

Running

The Running workout uses the pedometer in your Gear Fit to track distance, and it does not require your mobile device to function properly. When you choose the Running workout, you may also choose to receive heart rate-based coaching.

To access Running, from the Exercise screen, touch Running21

Walking

The Walking workout uses the pedometer in your Gear Fit to track distance, and it does not require your mobile device to function properly.

Cycling

To use the Cycling workout, you must have your mobile device on and connected to your Gear Fit. It uses the GPS from your mobile device to track your distance and pace, and losing the Bluetooth® connection between the devices will end your exercise session.

Hiking

To use the Hiking workout, you must have your mobile device on and connected to your Gear Fit. It uses the GPS from your mobile device to track your distance and pace, and losing the Bluetooth connection between the devices will end your exercise session.

Exercise History

After you have completed a workout, from the Exercise screen, swipe to the left and touch Exercise history 21 The first screen displays your exercise progress in month view. Swipe left to view detailed information about each exercise.
