Action Center


You can view new notifications from Windows and apps, and use quick action buttons. Quick action buttons allow you to easily adjust frequently used settings, such as activating Wi-Fi.

Note: Screens and settings available may vary by wireless service provider and software version.

Using the Action Center


1. Swipe from the right edge of the screen.

Note: Alternatively, to open the Action Center panel, select the Action Center Action Center icon, on the taskbar.

2. You can use the following functions on the action center panel.

  • Clear: Clear all notifications.
  • Notifications: Select a notificiation and perform various actions.
  • Quick action buttons: Access common settings quickly from the Action center.

Using Quick Action Buttons


➥ Select quick action buttons to activate certain features.

➥ To view more detailed settings:

1. Select and hold a Quick action button.

2. Then select Go to settings.

➥ To chang the top four buttons:

1. On the taskbar, select the Start menu Windows icon.

4. Change quick actions under Choose your quick actions.
