Gear™ 2 Neo Wake-Up
Once your Samsung Gear™ 2 goes to sleep, you can turn it back on or wake up the device by pressing the Power key, located on the front of the device.
With the Wake-up gesture turned on, you can wake up the device by raising your arm. You can also shake your arm to wake up the device. You can set your Gear 2 to display the Clock screen or the last viewed screen.
Note: The device may not wake up if you are leaning back or lying down.
To turn on the Wake-up gesture, from the Home screen of the mobile device, touch Apps > Gear Manager > Settings > Wake-up gesture. Touch the slider to turn Wake-up gesture on .
To choose which screen is shown on wake-up, touch Select screen shown. You can set your Gear 2 to display the Clock screen or the Last viewed screen.
Note: Turning this feature on will consume battery power, as it is constantly using the motion sensor to detect movement.
