Insert SIM Card
Your device uses a SIM card to give you access to your wireless service provider’s 4G LTE network.
IMPORTANT: The SIM card information and its contacts can be easily damaged by scratching or bending, so be careful when handling, inserting, or removing the card. Keep all SIM cards out of reach of small children.
Insert a SIM Card
1. Locate and open the SIM card cover on the side of your device.
2. Carefully insert the SIM card into the SIM card slot, with the logo facing up, until the card locks into place.
NOTE: Make sure the angled corner of the card is positioned correctly. If the SIM card is not inserted correctly, the device will not detect it. Gently press on the SIM card to release it, and then carefully remove it from your device. Reorient the card and slide it back into the slot.
3. Close the SIM card cover.
