How to reset the Gear Fit2 Pro - Press and hold the Power key for more than 7 seconds
Q: How do I restart my Gear Fit2 Pro if device appears to be “frozen” or not responding when I try to use the touch screen?
If this does not solve the problem (i.e. the device still sometimes freezes after rebooting it as described above), perform a factory data reset.
Press the Power Key to open Apps screen → tap Settings → Gear info → Reset Gear
Since all data will be erased from Gear memory after Factory reset, before performing the factory data reset, remember to make backup copies of all important data stored in the device with Samsung Gear or S Health. If the problem is still not resolved, contact a Samsung Service Centre.
