Samsung Connect Home - How do I update the Samsung Connect Home's firmware?

Q: How do I update the Samsung Connect Home's firmware?

A: You can update the firmware of your Samsung Connect Home device when you are connected to the internet.

If a firmware update is required, when you open the Samsung Connect app, the Update firmware pop-up will appear automatically. When you agree to the update, it will start updating the firmware.

If you wish to update the firmware manually, from the Samsung Connect app, go to the Wi-Fi Hub Card, and tap the Connect Home icon on the Wi-Fi Hub details page. On the page displaying information about your Samsung Connect Home device, tap the UPDATE button on the Software version item.
