These days, everybody’s got so many email accounts, it can be overwhelming to keep track of all those mailboxes. You can make it a little easier by keeping all your email accounts in one place with the Email app. Read on to learn how.

Ready to add an account? Just follow the steps below!

Set Up Your First Email Account

Navigate to and open Email (the shortcut is located in your Samsung folder by default). You can add your Gmail account automatically if your phone is linked to a Google account, or touch ADD NEW ACCOUNT. Enter your Email address and touch the Password field. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete setup. When complete, your email account will appear in the Inbox.

Once you add an email account, adding additional accounts requires a slightly different process. We’ll walk you through it below.

Navigate to and open Email. Touch the Mailbox icon in the top left corner, and then touch the Settings icon to open the Email settings menu. Touch Add account. You can add your Gmail account automatically if your phone is linked to a Google account, or touch ADD NEW ACCOUNT. Enter your Email address and touch the Password field. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete setup. When complete, your email account will appear in the Inbox. Repeat as many times as required for your different email accounts.

Display Emails from All Your AccountsClick to Expand

You have multiple accounts added to your Email app, but it seems that only emails from one specific account are displayed?

Display Emails from All Your Accounts

Navigate to and open Email. Touch the Mailbox icon in the top left corner. Touch All accounts to display all emails from your accounts in your Mailbox. Finally, touch Back to hide the menu panel and read your emails.

Remove an Email AccountClick to Expand

Want to get rid of an account you are not using anymore?

Remove an Email Account

Navigate to and open Email. Touch the Mailbox icon in the top left corner, and then touch the Settings icon to open the Email settings menu. Touch the email account you want to delete. Touch REMOVE, and then touch REMOVE again to confirm.
