Galaxy Note9 - Use Programs on Samsung Health (SM-N960W)
You've gone through your whole workout repertoire and are looking for something new. Samsung Health has an array of fitness programs to mix up your routine. Unlike trackers and workouts, programs give you a set schedule that you can follow. Learn how to add and use programs, so you can feel challenged again.

Squats are just not cutting it anymore; you want a full body workout. There are a variety of challenging programs available. Here's how to check them out:
To add a program, open the Samsung Health app, touch the Discover tab, and then touch PROGRAMS. Touch a program to view its details. If you like a program, touch ADD PROGRAM and then touch DONE to include the program on your Home tab.
To use a program, navigate to the Samsung Health Home tab, and then swipe to and touch the desired program. Touch DOWNLOAD WORKOUT, and then touch START WORKOUT. You will be able to rewind, pause, or fast forward the workout. To stop the workout, touch Pause, and then touch STOP WORKOUT.
If it is your first time, you may be asked to confirm a disclaimer before you're able to view the list of available programs.
