Galaxy Buds - Reset the earbuds (SM-R170)
If you have upgraded to a new phone or you have multiple phones and want to switch what device you're earbuds are connected to, you will need to reset your earbuds to factory settings to enable pairing.
Available screens and settings may vary by provider, phone, or earbuds.
Reset the earbuds using the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected phone to return to the factory default settings and delete all music stored in the earbuds.
Open the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone, and then touch About earbuds. Touch Reset earbuds, and then touch Reset to confirm. You can now reconnect or pair with another phone if you'd like.
