Smart Switch: How do I download and install Smart Switch Mobile on my Android device?

Install Smart Switch Mobile on an Android device

Note: Smart Switch Mobile is a FREE app available for any Android device via the Google Play store.

1. Touch Play Store.

3. Search for “Smart Switch Mobile”.

4. Touch INSTALL to install the app on your mobile device.

5. Touch OPEN to launch and use the app.

Important: These steps may vary depending on your mobile device.

Note: The app might be already installed on your mobile device (especially if it is a Samsung smartphone). If you have a doubt or can’t find the app, simply search for the app on the Google Play Store. If the option OPEN is available and not INSTALL, that means that the app is already installed on your mobile device. Touch OPEN to launch and use the app. Otherwise, install the app on your mobile device to be able to use it.

Galaxy S7, S7 edge, S8, or S8+ owners

Note: If you are the owner of a Galaxy S7, S7 edge, S8, or S8+, the Smart Switch Mobile app is already installed on your mobile device.

1. From the Home screen, swipe up or down to access the Apps screen, if you are using a S8 or a S8+, or touch Apps, if you are using a S7 or a S7 edge.

2. Touch Cloud and accounts.
