When trying to connect my Samsung Gear to iOS mobile device, what should I be caution?


A: Before connecting the your Samsung Gear to iOS device, remember to make backup copies of all important data stored in the device with Samsung Gear or S Health.(On the Apps screen of the mobile device, tap Samsung Gear → Settings → Back up and restore → Back up data) And, we strongly recommend to update your Gear to the latest software version before connection.
