How To Setup Pixel Shift On Your Plasma TV (2014 Models)

Pixel Shift


To reduce the possibility of screen burn, this unit is equipped with screen burn prevention technology. This (Pixel Shift) technology enables you to set picture movement up/down (Vertical Line) and side to side (Horizontal Dot). The Time setting allows you to program the time between movement of the picture in minutes.

Setting the Pixel Shift


1. Press MENU on the TV remote to bring up the Main Menu.

2. Navigate to and select the System portion of the main menu.

3. Navigate to and select the Screen Burn Protection in the system menu.

4. Navigate to and select the Pixel Shift option.

5. In the Pixel Shift menu select Pixel Shift..

6. Select the On option to enable the the Pixel Shift function.

7. To adjust the Horozontal Dot, Vertical Line, and Time, navigate to and select one of the three options. Use the navigational pad to change the option and then select that value.

8. Press and hold the RETURN / EXIT to exit the menu.
