My TV Is Displaying The Words "Factory Test", What Could Be Wrong?
Your TV needs to be reset. To reset your TV, follow these steps:
- Turn on your TV.
- While Factory Test or Auto Test is on the screen, press the Exit button on your remote control. The TV should turn off.
- Unplug the TV.
- Leave the TV off and unplugged for at least 8 hours.
If the problem is still present when you turn your TV back on eight hours later, service is required. Call Samsung Customer Care at 1-800-SAMSUNG (1-800-726-7864) to arrange for a service call.
