The TV doesn't retain the Wireless Network Passkey settings

Last Update Date : Apr 09. 2018

The TV has previously been connected to the wireless network. However the Security key information (which is entered with the Network Name (SSID)) is not saved within the Network Setting menu.

In order to resolve this issue, try performing both of the following actions:

(a) Use
WPA-PSK (Wi-Fi Protected Access Pre-Shared Key, - security authentication) encryption.

(b) Make sure that the
'Samsung Wireless Link' (SWL) setting has been disabled. This feature can be accessed (depending on the TV model), via Network Settings > SWL, or Settings > Network, and then scrolling down to SWL
