Samsung TV - Netflix Troubleshooting
Don't fret if you're having trouble getting Netflix to work. Just follow the steps below and we will either help you fix the problem, or point you in the right direction.

If Netflix is acting up, it usually has to do with the app itself. The easiest way to fix this is to reset the app.
To reset your Netflix app, navigate to and select Settings or the Gear icon in the app. Select Get Help, and then navigate to and select Reload Netflix.
Your Netflix app will then automatically reset without signing you out or deleting anything on your Queue.
If Netflix keeps disconnecting while you are trying to watch your favorite show, it's possible your TV's Internet connection is the issue. Luckily for you, there is a quick and easy way to check the connection status on your TV.
First, navigate to and select Settings or the Gear icon in the app. Select Get Help and then navigate to and select Check your network.
Netflix will verify that you can connect to the network and also check your connection speed. Once the test is completed, verify that your speed meets Netflix's internet speed recommendations.
If an app is acting strange, sometimes it's best to just reset Smart Hub. Resetting Smart Hub will restore it to the factory default settings and delete any information related to your Samsung accounts, linked service accounts, Smart Hub service agreements, and Smart Hub apps.
First, press the Home button on your Samsung Smart Remote, and then navigate to and select Settings. Select Support > Self Diagnosis > Reset Smart Hub.
Enter your PIN and the Smart Hub will automatically reset.
