LTE-NR Simultaneous
Operation in One Unit

Samsung’s baseband supports both LTE and NR with the same hardware. It is also backward compatible
allowing operators to evolve current infrastructure when migrating from 4G to 5G. Existing LTE channel cards can fit right into the new baseband and operators can protect their previous investments.

Distinctive Product Lines for
Any Environment

Depending on installation conditions, operators may choose from three different types of basebands.
The cabinet type product is for deployment at data centers, the ruggedized type product is to withstand severe conditions
such as dust and the outdoor cabinet type is to be placed outside with no additional equipment.
