What is mobile HDR?

Mobile HDR viewing capabilities mean you're able to view streaming content the way it was intended to be seen—with the fine details. The HDR in mobile HDR stands for High Dynamic Range, and it refers to the technology that lets you see the incredible details even in the very bright and dark areas of the scene. Similar to what you see with your own eyes.

To watch content in mobile HDR, the content needs to be filmed in HDR video from the very beginning. Look for the mobile HDR mark on streaming sites for mobile HDR content.

Viewing mobile HDR is available on Galaxy Note10, Note10+, S10e, S10, S10+, Fold, Note9, S9, S9+, Note8, S8, and S8+.
HDR10+ support is available on Galaxy Note10, Note10+, S10e, S10, S10+, and Fold.
