What is Multi Window mode (Multitasking) on Galaxy S20, S20+, and S20 Ultra?

Multi Window mode on Galaxy S20, S20+, S20 Ultra, S10e, S10, S10+, Note10, and Note10+ lets you view two apps side by side on a split screen. You can adjust the size of the screens and copy information from one app to the other. To begin multitasking in Multi Window mode, go to Settings, then Advanced Features, enable Multi Window and turn Use Recents on.

Galaxy S20, S20+, S20 Ultra, S10e, S10, S10+, Note10, and Note10+ also let you launch the two apps you often use together with a tap. On the Galaxy S20, S20+, S20 Ultra, S10e, S10, S10+, Note10, and Note10+, you can simply access the menu while in Multi Window mode to pair the two apps and place it on the home screen. On Galaxy Note9, swipe left to open the edge screen, then go to Apps edge to set up app pairs.
