In alignment with the AI transformation, we are advancing the AI skills of our workforce across two core pillars: enhancing product competitiveness and innovating workplace productivity.
To enhance product competitiveness, we are conducting phased training through the AI for S/W Engineer Program so that developers can fully internalize AI capabilities. This is provided as a mandatory course for developers and is continuously updated with the latest AI technologies to ensure they maintain cutting-edge application skills. Furthermore, we operate an AI Specialist training course to develop top-tier experts capable of optimizing and implementing AI technologies tailored to specific product characteristics. For our designers, we offer the Expert Training in Design AI programs, which aim to lead innovation in the design implementation process while simultaneously enhancing creativity and AI application capabilities.
To ensure our employees can work effectively alongside AI, we offer the GenAI PowerUser Program to all employees, covering prompt engineering and end-to-end workflow automation utilizing AI Agents. These initiatives aim to equip our workforce for future AI-based tasks and productivity advancements.
For the data-driven enhancement of customer experiences, we operate a four-level data analytics training system.
Through basic and practical Level 1-3 courses, we foster data-driven thinking among all employees. These programs equip them with the practical skills to independently collect, process, and analyze data to inform their daily decision-making. Furthermore, through our most advanced Level 4 course, we cultivate top-tier data science specialists who are capable of deploying advanced data analysis models and offering expert consulting.
Big Data training is offered by the Partner Collaboration Academy. The Big Data course was established in 2023, with new subjects including “Analyzing Big Data without Coding” and “Easy-to-Learn Basic Big Data Analysis” combined with Python, R, and other existing software subjects, to more effectively drive data capacity-building for our suppliers’ employees.
We place a premium on capacity-building programs for youth among our CSR activities. The Samsung SW·AI academy For Youth (Korea) and Samsung Innovation Campus (global) are designed to help the young generations grow into future leaders equipped with technical skills, including coding, programming, Big Data, AI, IoT, as well as soft skills.
