We use FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified packaging boxes when delivering repaired products back to customers. As of 2024, this service is available in 29 subsidiaries including the Netherlands and the UK.

We have installed smartphone and accessory drop-off points at our service centers in major cities including Paris and London to collect e-waste.
We deliver repaired products back to customers using transportation such as bicycles and electric vehicles. As of 2024, this service is available in seven subsidiaries including the Netherlands and Germany.
Starting in 2025, we are expanding our repair services using refurbished parts to include home appliances such as air conditioners and dryers, following their application in TVs and smartphones. Recovered components from existing products are reprocessed through standardized procedures to restore their performance and quality to a level comparable to new parts. This program helps reduce repair costs for customers while also minimizing electronic waste.
