Designed to ensure compliance with privacy-related laws and regulations, the PLMS is connected to product R&D and Product Life-cycle Management System. It monitors privacy-related matters from product planning through development and operation to discontinuation to prevent risks. The system also offers news and other materials on privacy protection to keep our employees up to date at all times.
* Product Life-Cycle Management SystemMandatory privacy protection training is provided to all employees, including top management, contract and part-time staff. Additionally, those whose work involve the handling of personal information receive more specialized, position-specific training on a yearly basis.
In 2020, we began offering a video guide on precautions for each stage of work (data collection-use-discard) based on the Global Privacy Policy.
