Our Support for Employees with Disabilities

Fostering Disability-Inclusive Culture

Samsung Electronics is committed to building an inclusive organizational culture where every employee feels a sense of belonging and can realize their potential based on equal opportunity. We strive to create a work environment that enables employees with disabilities to demonstrate their abilities and to expand employment opportunities for people with disabilities.

In December 2024, to mark the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, we became a signatory to The Valuable 500*, a global disability inclusion initiative.

We will continue our efforts to increase employment of people with disabilities, improve accessibility across our products and services, and enhance their active participation in our business operations.
