Samsung Electronics established the Partner Collaboration Academy to facilitate shared growth with suppliers and consists of three centers: the Consulting Center, which provides suppliers with access to the technologies and expertise that Samsung Electronics has developed over 50 years; the Learning Center, which provides training courses in leadership, manufacturing, quality, purchasing, and sales that have been tried and tested among Samsung Electronics employees; and the Youth Job Center, which helps recruit workers for suppliers who are experiencing difficulties securing talent.
To improve suppliers’ competitiveness, we provide free support for various consulting, training, and recruitment programs in a dedicated training center, located near our Suwon headquarter, spanning approximately 9,917 m². These programs, tailored to meet suppliers’ needs, focus on newly established fields related to sustainability management such as environment and safety, greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reduction, fair trade, and supply chain due diligence.
