Samsung Stepping Stone of Hope

Stepping Stone of Hope is a program that supports adolescents preparing for full independence, accompanying them as they take their first steps into society. Aimed at helping young adults transitioning out of child welfare facilities or foster care upon turning 18, the program provides stable housing and supports economic self-reliance through job training and employment readiness programs. The company provided a total of KRW 0.4 billion in support for Samsung Stepping Stone of Hope in 2024.

Stepping Stone of Hope 2.0 – Job search support

Stepping Stone of Hope 2.0, launched in 2023 to help young people prepare for economic independence, provides job training and employment opportunities. The program leverages Samsung’s educational infrastructure to provide hands-on training for skill acquisition, along with job camps and consulting services.
