Samsung Electronics has raised standards for air conditioners every year, including the world’s first wind-free air conditioner in 2016.

The 2025 BESPOKE AI WindFree™ Combo Gallery* upgraded its integrated temperature and humidity control and usability. The new Comfort Drying feature offers comfortable humidity adjustment without the chill and saves up to 30% more energy compared to the previous dry mode. Additionally, all models released in 2025 now feature Bixby voice recognition, enhancing user convenience.

    Using precise refrigerant control technology, the new Comfort Drying feature ensures comfortable humidity adjustment without lowering the indoor temperature as much as the conventional mode1), saving up to 30%2) in energy consumption compared to the previous dry mode.

        1. 1. Start a test operation after saturating the indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity to 27℃/24℃, then collect data for 2 hours.
        2. 2. Compare normal dehumidification mode at 24℃ with Comfort Drying mode at 26℃ with a target humidity of 60%.
        3. 3. Calculate the average indoor temperature and the average indoor relative humidity during the test period.

      • The AI Energy Mode can be set in steps, with maximum savings of 10% in Stage 1 and up to 30% in Stage 2.
      • To use AI Energy Mode, require to download the SmartThings app and connect it to Wi-Fi in your home.
      • The savings rate from the AI Energy Mode may vary depending on the model and actual user conditions.
