We have developed and optimized a new press mold structure for manufacturing TV and monitor parts, enhancing the efficiency of raw material usage. By reducing the size of the sheet metal used in the molds, we successfully reduced scrap, which is an inherent byproduct of the press molding process, by 20%. Going forward, we plan to customize and apply this solution to home appliances as well.
