Infinite AI Air Purifier

Samsung Electronics launched an air purifier that reduces waste during use by featuring a reusable filter that eliminates the need for periodic replacement.

The washable dust filter in the Infinite AI Air Purifier* can be used repeatedly with a simple water rinse, without the need for periodic replacement. The product also features a photocatalytic deodorization filter that uses UV light and photocatalysts to break down odor-causing substances, and can be reused through regular maintenance with the UV Regeneration Mode. When indoor air quality improves, the purifier automatically turns off the fan, saving up to 54% in energy consumption.

      • Test conditions: 8 ㎥ chamber, injection concentrations of toluene/ammonia/formaldehyde at 15 ppm, and a regeneration time of 10 hours per cycle (5 ppm of each toluene/ammonia/formaldehyde, totaling 15 ppm)
      • Test results: The photocatalytic filter maintained approximately 80% of its initial deodorization efficiency through periodic UV regeneration
      • Reference standards: Conducted according to the deodorization efficiency test standards for the Korea Air Cleaning Association's CA certification
