Galaxy Note7 UPDATE
A software update will be deployed from 28 February 2017 on the remaining yet-to-be-returned Galaxy Note7 devices purchased in Hong Kong and Macau. After the update, Galaxy Note7 users will no longer be able to charge the battery, and therefore once the device runs out of battery, they will no longer be able to operate it. Galaxy Note7 users please kindly backup the personal data prior to the software update and return the device to our Customer Services Centres for refund immediately.
