Notice for Galaxy Note7 Exchange / Refund Programme

Galaxy Note7 refund or exchange program will be ended on 31st December, 2016. We strongly urge any customer still using the Galaxy Note7 to power down and return the device to the place of purchase for a refund or exchange immediately.
We will deploy a software update from 1st January 2017 to remaining Galaxy Note7 devices that were purchased in Hong Kong and Macau. The software update will be automatically downloaded and installed to all remaining Galaxy Note7 devices to limit the maximum battery capacity to 30%.
