Under the plan's terms and conditions, should accidental damage to your smartphone screen occurs within 1 year of its purchase, AIG Insurance (representing you) will be responsible for the cost of screen replacement or repair conducted at the designated repair centre(s) of Samsung Electronics Hong Kong. You only need to pay a service charge of HK$300.
