My device is stopped during the resetting process. What should I do?

The phone may not work during resetting because an error occurs to applications or there is a problem
with software. At first, press the power button for a while (over 8 seconds) or install the battery again and
reset. The booting may stop due to the temporary error to software.
Otherwise, restarting may stop due to an app's error. Restart in safety mode and remove a specific application. (If you do not know which app causes the error, recommend removing a recently-installed application first.)

 

  • Applications that can make restarting stopped
       - GO Launcher EX, GoLocker, SpyCamera, etc. 
  •  How to enter safety mode(By standard of recent models including Galaxy Note2)
       - If you restart the phone, a service provider's logo appears and, 3 to 4 seconds later, Menu and Cancel touch
    keys are lit. As soon as the keys are lit, touch the Menu button until it restart and the product reset in safety
    mode.
  • How to un-install apps : Settings > Application Manager > Download > Select an app > Un-install

 

 Or, it is good to upgrade for the phone's operational stability. You can upgrade more comfortably by wireless.
If you do not use unlimited data plan, you may pay for the use of data. I recommend you updating in a WiFi
zone
  - How to do FOTA : Settings > Device info > Software update > Update

If the Cancel button does not work even after going through the procedures above, there may be a problem
with the software. In this case, I recommend you backing up important data and initialize the phone. If you
initialize the phone, all data in the phone are deleted. So you have to do after backing up important
data. But, you cannot back up applications. Install them again.
