With ultra power saving mode, max standby time of S5 may be shorter than normal mode?

Last Update Date : Mar 22. 2018

Once enabling the ultra power saving mode of Galaxy S5, its estimated max. standby time is about 300hours(12.5days) and Galaxy S4’s standby time is on normal mode about 320hours.

However, it’s basically difference in condition of each time measurement.

Standby time of existing devices express the time taken for the battery to fully discharge if the device is not used under minimum battery use environment.

The other side, in the case of estimated max. standby time of ultra power saving mode, it express the time when more real use environment like weak signal, frequent check of network messages, frequent event
reception are reflected.
