    How to set up 'Predict period with skin temp' function

    Open Samsung Health app and go to Cycle Tracking powered by Natural Cycles°. Then go to settings and turn on 'Predict period with skin temp'. After wearing the watch during nighttime sleep, you can see the changes in your skin temperature and you'll receive tailored predictions for future cycles.

    Open Samsung Health app and go to 'Cycle Tracking' powered by Natural Cycles°. Tap the 'See more' button.

    Go to settings.

    Turn on 'Predict period with skin temp' and check the disclaimers and proceed to enable function.

    How to use Cycle Tracking
    The video starts with the text "Galaxy Watch5|Watch5 Pro". Then, "How to use Cycle Tracking on Galaxy Watch5 series" is shown with the Cycle Tracking logo on top.
