Can I remove the battery from my Galaxy S6 edge +?

The Galaxy S6 edge + has an embedded battery that cannot be removed by the user.

If for any reason you need to remove or change the battery, it is recommended that this is carried out by a Samsung service provider or authorised repair agent.

Please Note: Any damage or faults caused by the removal of the battery which was not carried out by an authorised Samsung agent are not covered by the warranty.

If your Galaxy S6 edge + freezes or becomes unresponsive, it is not necessary to remove the battery to reboot it. Instead, simply press and hold the power and volume down keys simultaneously for around 7 seconds. The phone will reboot.
