How can I have my Samsung Galaxy smartphone automatically back up my data to the cloud?

Please follow the steps below:

 

* Data items available for auto backup: Call logs, SMS, MMS, Wallpaper.

 

Conditions for the auto backup operation:

 

1) Connected to the Wi-Fi network
2) The screen is turned off
3) The device is being charged
àIf the above conditions are met, the backup will be performed on a daily basis.)

 

(If you perform a factory reset, you can restore the original data from the backed up data.)

 

1. Tap Settings on the application screen.

 

2. Select Cloud menu (depending on your Android version you may need to touch the Accounts tab first).

 

3. Tap Device backup.

 

4. Tap Auto backup.

 

5. Touch the slider next to "Auto backup".
