How do I fix error message: 'the application logs provider…’ on my My Samsung Galaxy S II?

1. Take the battery out of your device and put it back in.

 

2. Press and hold down Volume Up + Home + Power buttons at the same time.

 

3. Release all buttons when the logo appears. Several menu options will appear.
 

4. Select Reboot system now. (Use the volume buttons to go up or down and select with the Power button or Home key). Your device should now restart normally.

 

5. From the Home screen touch Settings.

 

6. Touch Applications / Manage apps.

 

7. Touch Manage Applications.

 

8. Touch All.

9. Touch Logs Provider

10. Touch Force Stop and then touch Clear Data.

11. Return to ALL and touch com.sec.android.providers.

12. Touch Clear Data.

13. Return to ALL again and select Google Services Framework.

14. Touch Clear data.

15. Turn your device off and back on.
